SHIPPING POLICY

At Kinky Kreatures, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. That includes fast and discreet shipping of all orders. Please read the following shipping policy to learn more about our shipping procedures and policies.

Your package will be shipped in plain discreet packaging. There will be no reference to Kinky Kreatures displayed anywhere on the package. 

Domestic Australian Shipping:

 

We currently offer two shipping options for our Australian customers to choose from. Our standard shipping method via Australia Post, and it typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery. We also offer express shipping with a 2-3 business day delivery.

All shipping prices are real time quoted specific to your post code. You only pay the actual shipping costs.

International Shipping:

 

We offer international shipping using Australia Post and DHL Express. 

 

Australia Post International shipping uses the AusPost network to deliver the package to your country or a hub near by. Once the package arrives in the destination country the package is handed over to your country's postal service. If receiving within the USA this final delivery carrier would be USPS. This type of international shipping service can take anywhere from 7-15 days.

You can track your item with more accurate updates on your country's postal service website, using the provided tracking number. The package must arrive in the destination country and be handed over before you will see updated tracking information on your country's postal service.

DHL Express International shipping uses the DHL currier network for door to door delivery. This is the fastest way to ship any order around the world with most arriving in 2-3 days world wide.

Discreet Packaging:

 

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. The return address will reference the company name AusFlex Designs.

Please Note: Our budget international shipping options through Australia Post uses the shipping label to display the product customs information. This means the product name will be displayed in very small text on the shipping label. This only effects International shipping from AusPost. We are actively trying to find a solution to change or hide this information displayed on the shipping label. But at the moment our International - AusPost - Standard & International - AusPost - Express shipping is effected by this issue.

This means these two shipping options are not 100% discreet.

Processing Time:

 

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. However, please note that Kreature Toys will have longer processing times, and these will be indicated on the product page. In the event of any unforeseen delays, we will do our best to notify you of the delay and the expected shipping date.

Shipping Costs:

 

Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method selected, the weight and size of the package, and the destination. The cost of shipping will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Delivery Issues:

 

If you experience any delivery issues, such as a lost or damaged package, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you and the currier to resolve the issue promptly.

All orders require age verification. By placing an order with Kinky Kreatures, you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old.
